"I just wanted to thank you for all your help with our 1031 exchange. When we found a buyer for our property all we knew was that we did not want to pay tax on the gain and we had been thinking about buying property on the coast.

You took charge of the 1031 transaction & got it going. You asked what we were interested in & you listened to what we had to say. You asked questions which clarified what we wanted, what we were willing to spend & our preferences on location. You then put together a list of properties that met the parameters we set out. You spent several days & parts of days looking at properties with us. If we saw a property that we were interested in but it was not for sale, you would try to locate the owner & contact them.
To make a long story short, I have never had a Realtor work so hard & do so much to try to help me find & acquire properties I wanted. From this experience we had a successful 1031 exchange & acquired two properties that we are very pleased to have. When I get ready to sell these properties or to acquire other property, you will be the first person I contact."
